MICRO TURBINE GENERATOR · ISO 9001 / DIN-EN

Thrust, converted to electrical power — precisely balanced.

A micro turbine generator built on thrust-turbine aerofoils, with an added stage converting residual thrust to electricity and a waste-heat exchanger recovering the turbine's contained heat.

01 / TECHNOLOGY

Thrust-to-electric, then heat recovery

A two-stage energy path: axial thrust drives the generator while exhaust feeds a heat exchanger that can run a secondary power loop.

01
STAGE A · KINETIC
Thrust-to-electric conversion

Axial thrust from the turbine disc is captured by a permanent-magnet generator stage. Rotor force is converted directly to shaft torque, spinning the generator at matched speed with no gearbox — fewer moving parts, tighter tolerances, lower maintenance.

02
STAGE B · THERMAL
Waste-heat exchanger

Exhaust gas passes through a counter-flow exchanger, lifting a secondary loop to up to 96 °C for process or district heat — or feeding a low-pressure recovery turbine for additional electrical output.

03
STAGE C · DELIVERY
Grid-synchronised output & thermal bus

A synchronous inverter stabilises the electrical bus while the thermal bus is routed to heating or storage. Both outputs are monitored through a single control interface, with optional telemetry for facility management.
